Pricing questions
Why don't you publish a price for everything?
Two websites with the same page count can differ a lot in effort. Instead of a vague range, we send a fixed written quote within 24 hours of understanding your project. That quote is the price you pay unless you change the scope.
How do milestone payments work?
We split each project into milestones, usually two to four. Each milestone has a clear deliverable you can see and test. You pay for a milestone after you approve it, and we start the next one.
What if I want changes during the project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are included. If you want something new, we tell you what it adds in time and cost before doing it, and you decide.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
We invoice in USD, GBP, AUD, AED or INR, depending on where you are. International clients pay by bank transfer.
Is there anything after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of fixes for bugs we introduced. Ongoing maintenance or catalog management is optional and quoted separately.
