For Amazon brands

Amazon keeps changing your listings. We keep them right.

We check every listing in your catalog each week, catch what Amazon or other sellers changed, and fix it in your Seller Central account. Titles stay inside the new 75-character limit, variations stay together, and your brand stays in the title.

  • From $299 a month, priced by the number of ASINs
  • Every listing compared each week with the copy you approved
  • Free check of 3 ASINs, delivered within 48 hours

Gegobyte is an independent agency that works for Amazon sellers. We are not Amazon and can't help with orders, deliveries or refunds.

What we do for your catalog

We work through a user account you create for us in Seller Central, with only the permissions the work needs. You never share your password.

Weekly change checks

We download your listings each week and compare every title, bullet, image, brand and variation with the approved copy we keep for you. Anything that changed is reported and, where it's wrong, fixed.

Amazon's proposed changes, reviewed

Brand Registry lets brand owners review some changes Amazon proposes before they go live. We go through them within the review window and accept or reject each one, so nothing goes live by default.

Titles inside 75 characters

We rewrite titles and Item highlights in bulk to fit the July 2026 rules, with your brand and key details first, so Amazon's AI doesn't shorten them for you.

Variation and listing repairs

Broken or merged variation families, wrong images, missing attributes, suppressed and stranded listings, and product ID conflicts, diagnosed and fixed.

Hijackers and duplicates

We file Brand Registry violation reports and Seller Support cases for hijacked listings, duplicates and incorrect contributions, and follow each one up until it's closed.

Fee-affecting data

We check dimensions and weights against your product specs and flag anything that could push a product into a higher fee tier, then help you request a re-measurement.

Why now

Amazon's catalog rules changed in 2026

Sellers with large catalogs are spending weeks undoing changes they didn't make. A weekly check catches them while they are still small.

Titles are now 75 characters

Since 27 July 2026, titles in every category except media must be 75 characters or fewer, with a new 125-character Item highlights field underneath. Amazon's AI is shortening titles that don't comply, and it doesn't always keep what matters.

Your listings change without you

Amazon's catalog merges data from many sources. Titles get rewritten, brand names dropped, variation families split and images swapped, often with no notice. Most sellers find out when sales drop.

One wrong number gets expensive

A wrong dimension or weight can move a product into a higher fee tier for months. A duplicate listing or a hijacker can take the Buy Box. Small catalog errors cost real money, and they are easy to miss across hundreds of ASINs.

Check one listing yourself with our free Amazon listing checker. It flags titles over 75 characters, banned characters, bullet and search term problems, and main image issues.

Process

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Free check

We review 3 of your ASINs against the current rules and for unwanted changes, and send a written fix list.
  2. Step 2

    Baseline

In the first month we record an approved copy of every listing, fix the urgent problems and bring titles inside 75 characters.
  3. Step 3

    Weekly checks

Each week we compare your live listings with the approved copy, fix what changed and work through open cases.
  4. Step 4

    Monthly report

A sheet of every change we found, every fix and case, and anything that needs your decision.

A good fit if…

  • You own a brand on Amazon, ideally enrolled in Brand Registry
  • You have 30 or more active ASINs, or plan to soon
  • You sell in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU or the UAE

Not a fit if…

  • You want to buy something on Amazon, or need help with an order or refund. Please contact Amazon customer service
  • You need a suspended account reinstated. That needs a specialist, and we'll tell you so
  • You want guaranteed rankings or sales numbers. Nobody can honestly promise those

Pricing

Monthly, with no long contract

Plans run month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and keep everything: the approved copy of your catalog, the reports and every file we made.

Need one job done rather than a plan? We also work per item: title and Item highlights rewrites from $3 per ASIN, new listings from $15 per SKU, and A+ Content from $79 per ASIN. You'll see the total before we start.

How our pricing works

Founding-client pricing

30% off for our first 5 clients

We're a young company, and we'd rather tell you that than invent testimonials. Our first 5 clients get 30% off any fixed-price project, or off the first three months of a monthly plan. In return, you agree to let us publish a case study and leave an honest review when the work is done.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you stop Amazon from changing my listings?

No one can, because Amazon decides what appears on a detail page. What we can do is catch changes within a week, reject the proposed changes that Brand Registry lets you review, and correct or dispute the rest through the right channel.

Do you need my Seller Central password?

No. You add us as a user under User Permissions and give access only to what the work needs, such as inventory and Brand Registry. You can remove that access at any time.

What counts as an active ASIN?

Any ASIN you currently sell or plan to restock, counted per marketplace. Archived and closed listings don't count. If your catalog grows past your plan, we'll tell you before anything changes.

What do I need to do for the 75-character title rule?

Titles in every category except media must be 75 characters or fewer, including spaces. The details that no longer fit can go in Item highlights, which allows 125 characters and is also searchable. If you don't shorten long titles, Amazon's AI may do it for you.

Do I need Brand Registry?

It's not required, but without it you can't review Amazon's proposed changes, report most violations or publish A+ Content. If you own your brand, we'll help you check whether you're eligible.

Are you part of Amazon?

No. We're an independent agency working for Amazon sellers. We can't help with buying products, orders, deliveries or refunds.

Do you run Amazon PPC ads?

No. We look after the catalog, which is what your ads send shoppers to. We're happy to work alongside your PPC agency.
