PawCurveThese terms cover the PawCurve mobile app. Our main terms of service still apply to everything else we offer.
1. Agreement
By using PawCurve you agree to these terms and to the PawCurve Privacy Notice. PawCurve is provided by Gegobyte Technologies Private Limited, India.
2. Not veterinary advice
PawCurve is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend insulin doses or any other treatment. Glucose ranges shown are general defaults based on published guidance or values you entered, and are not advice for your pet. Always follow your veterinarian's instructions. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
3. Reminders
Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery optimization and operating system. We work hard to deliver them on time but cannot guarantee delivery. Do not rely on PawCurve as the only way to remember your pet's treatment.
4. Your data
Your records belong to you. You are responsible for keeping backups; data stored only on your phone is lost if the phone is lost or the app is uninstalled without a backup.
5. PawCurve Pro
- Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the annual subscription starts and you are charged.
- Manage or cancel in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- If Pro ends, your data is kept. Pro-only features lock again and extra pets become read-only.
- The lifetime purchase gives Pro for as long as PawCurve is offered on Google Play.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break any law.
7. Trademarks
Insulin and meter brand names are used only to identify products and belong to their owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer and liability
PawCurve is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made about your pet's care based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PawCurve in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
